Teachworks offers multiple resource calendar views to provide you with additional options to look for openings in your company's schedule. The resource calendar views we offer are as follows:
- Teacher Calendar
- Location Calendar
Teacher Calendar
The Teacher Calendar can be used to quickly see the availability and lessons for all of your teachers in one place and is particularly useful for finding a teacher that is available at a particular time. You can access the Teacher Calendar by following the steps below:
- Click on "Calendar"
- Click on "Teacher Calendar"
All of the "active" teachers will be displayed on the left side of the calendar, each with their own row that consists of their scheduled lessons and non-teaching events.
Views - The Teacher Calendar provides you with a "Day" and "Week" view that can be selected at the top of the calendar to display all of the teachers' lessons on a daily or weekly basis.
Filters - You can filter the Teacher Calendar by using the "Subject" filter on the right hand side. This will display all of the teachers that have the selected subject on their profile.
Availability - When viewing the Teacher Calendar by the "Day" view, you will be able to view the availability for all of your teachers. This will display all of the teachers' unavailable times shaded out in grey. For more information, please see this article: Viewing Teacher Availability.
Location Calendar
The Location Calendar can be used to quickly see which timeslots are open for a particular location in one place. You can access the Location Calendar by following the steps below:
- Click on "Calendar"
- Click on "Location Calendar"
All of the locations you've created will be displayed on the left side of the calendar, each with their own row that consists of the scheduled lessons and non-teaching events.
Views - The Location Calendar also provides you with a "Day" and "Week" view that can be selected at the top of the calendar to display all of the lessons scheduled in each location on a daily or weekly basis.
