You can change what Employee (Staff and Teachers) and Customer accounts have access to see when they login to their Teachworks account under the Account Settings page. Employee Account Settings
Profile Photo - Enable this to allow your employees to upload a profile photo.
Teacher Service Limit - Enable this option to only display student's default services or package services in the "Add Lesson" Form's service field in Teacher accounts.
Teacher Location Calendar & Filter - Turning this on will display the Location filter and Location calendar in Teacher accounts. If your Teachers need to view availability by location for scheduling lessons, this should be enabled.
Teacher Calendar Service Filter - Turning this filter on will display the Service filter on the calendar in Teacher accounts.
Limit Student Recent & Upcoming Lessons - Set to "On" to limit the "Recent Lessons" and "Upcoming Lessons" displayed on a student profile in Teacher accounts to only lessons taught by the Teacher checking it.
Edit Own Subjects - Enable this setting to allow your Teachers to edit the subjects field on their own profile.
Customer Account Settings
Transactions Page - Enabling this page allows your customers to login and view their invoices and payments.
Packages Page - Enabling this page allows your customers to login and view their package balances.
Payment Instructions - Enable this option if you would like to display payment instructions to your customer.
Edit Profile - Enable this option if you would like to allow your customers and students to edit their contact details and notification settings on their own profiles.
Teacher Contact Info - Checking this box will allow your customers to view a Teacher's email and phone number that they have lessons with.
