It's possible to make a lesson's invoice & payment status viewable in the view lesson modal. This feature is useful if your company requires payment for lessons before they can occur, and teachers need to check a lesson's invoice status before the lesson starts.
Follow these steps to enable this setting:
1. Login to your Admin account (or a Staff user account with permission to manage Account Settings).
2. Go to Account & Settings > Account Settings > Invoice Settings >
3. Select the option that will make the field visible to the desired users
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Submit."
A "Billing Status" field will be added to the View Lesson Pop-up window for teachers & employees once you've set the "Lesson Billing Status to "On."
Additional Notes:
Package lessons will appear as uninvoiced since they aren't added to an invoice as individual lessons. You can refer to the Package Balances table under the Billing tab to view a customer's package usage.
