You can use the Location Links Add-On to create Locations in Teachworks that links directly to an online meeting space wherever the lesson's location is referenced (i.e. on the Calendar and in Lesson Reminder Emails).
We've detailed the steps for connecting your Teachworks account to some of the more popular platforms like Skype, Google Meet, and Zoom in the articles linked below. Teachworks also integrates directly with Lessonspace, where users get special pricing for being a Teachworks subscriber.

Creating a partial integration with other platforms
You aren't limited to these platforms for online lessons. You can choose any other platform you like, as long as the platform provides a URL that links directly to the online meeting space you'd like to use.
Once you have the URL, you can use the Location Links Add-On to easily create a location in Teachworks that can be used to schedule online lessons that link to the meeting space.
To create a location for your online lessons using the Location Links Add-On, you can follow these steps:
- Retrieve the URL for your online meeting space and save it somewhere you can easily access it (we'll need it to set up a location in Teachworks that links to the meeting space).
- Log in to your Teachworks Admin Account.
- Ensure the Location Links Add-On is enabled. You can do that by going to Account & Settings > Integrations & Add-Ons > Location Links Add-On.
- Once the add-on is enabled, go to Account & Settings > Locations.
- Click "Add Location"
- Give the Location a name, and add the URL to your online meeting space in the "Link" field.
- Configure the rest of the settings to meet your requirements, and then click "Save."
Now that you've created the location, you can use it to schedule lessons. Any reference to the location will be hyperlinked to the online meeting space, so user's can easily access their meeting space from their Calendar or in Lesson Reminder Emails if you've added the {LOCATION} merge tag to the lesson reminder email template.

Teacher Specific Online Locations
You can also create a single location that uses a link to a web address entered on a teacher's profile. For example, you can create a "Zoom Room" location for tutors that use Zoom to host online lessons. The location name will be hyperlinked to the selected teacher's meeting room.
