User Login Durations In Teachworks

User login sessions in Teachworks expire at different times depending on the type of user profile that has been enabled for you. 

The following session durations apply for periods of inactivity. If there is any activity (i.e. refreshing a page or clicking on anything) the session is reset. The following time durations are the length of each user's session according to their profile type: 

• Admin - 12 Hours
• Staff - 12 Hours
• Teacher - 3 Hours
• All other profile types - 1 Hour

Remember Me

If you click the "Remember Me" setting when logging in, you'll automatically be logged in to Teachworks for one month from the date you checked the box before being prompted to login again

NOTE: If you set your browser to clear the cookies each time the browser is closed, the "Remember Me" option will not work and you'll be prompted to login again.
