Activating Prospective Profiles
When a custom enrollment form is submitted by a client, a corresponding profile is automatically added to Teachworks. You can find this under the "Prospective" filter on the family or student list.
Activating a Family Profile
To activate a prospective family profile, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Family list (Students > Families)
- Click on the “Prospective” filter in the upper right corner
- Click on the “Edit” icon next to the relevant client’s name
- Set the status to “Active”
- Save the form
Activating an Independent Student Profile
You can follow the same steps above, but you will find these profiles on the Student list (Students > Students)
You can also add the “New Student Enrollments” widget to your dashboard to quickly access these profiles. You can follow the steps above to activate the profile.
Updating Prospective Profiles in Bulk
Go to your student or family list and click on the “Prospective” filter. Use the checkboxes to select the profiles that you want to activate - a menu will appear at the top of the table and you can choose the “Activate” option to activate profiles in bulk.
Activating Pending Profiles
Profiles added through the Booking Plugin will have a "Pending Status" (if an exact match isn't found in Teachworks).
You can activate pending profiles by going to Calendar > Lesson Bookings and clicking on the "Pending" link next to the relevant client. Under "Choose Customer Action", select the "Activate without Merging" option.
If you have the “Lesson Bookings” widget on your dashboard, you can quickly active new clients by clicking on the red “Client Pending” link and choosing an action.
Updating Pending Profiles in Bulk
Go to your student or family list and click on the “Pending” filter in the top right corner of the page. Use the checkboxes to select the profiles that you want to activate - a menu will appear at the top of the table and you can choose the “Activate” option to activate profiles in bulk.
