When a Custom Form is submitted by a client or employee, a corresponding profile is automatically added to Teachworks. You can find these profiles on the Family, Student or Employee list when using the "Prospective" filter.
Activating a Family Profile
You can follow the steps below to activate a "Prospective" family profile:
- Click on "Students" and then click on "Families".
- Click on the “Prospective” filter at the top-right of the table.
- Click on the “Edit” icon next to the relevant client’s name.
- Set the status to “Active”.
- Submit the form to save your changes.
Activating an Independent Student Profile
You can follow the steps below to activate a "Prospective" student profile:
- Click on "Students" and then click on "Students".
- Click on the “Prospective” filter at the top-right of the table.
- Click on the “Edit” icon next to the relevant student's name.
- Set the status to “Active”.
- Submit the form to save your changes.
You can also add the “New Student Enrollments” widget to your dashboard to quickly access these profiles. You can follow the steps above to activate the profile.
Activating an Employee Profile
- Click on "Employees" and then click on "Employee List".
- Click on the “Prospective” filter at the top-right of the table.
- Click on the “Edit” icon next to the relevant employee's name.
- Set the status to “Active”.
- Submit the form to save your changes.
Updating Prospective Profiles in Bulk
You can also set the status for the "Prospective" user profiles in bulk. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Go to the "Family", "Student", or "Employee List" tables.
- Click on the "Prospective" filter at the top-right of the table.
- Using the checkboxes on the left-hand side, select the profiles that you want to activate.
- A menu will appear at the top of the table, where you can select the "Active" status option.
- Click the "Go" button to activate the profiles.
