Notifications sent to your clients are sent from your company's email address, by default, as listed on the "Account Settings" page. However, you can change the email address that the notifications are coming from by following the steps below:
- Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Account Settings".
- Scroll down to the "Notification Settings" section.
- In the "Notification Email" field, enter the email address you'd like to use.
- Submit the form to save your changes.
When you submit the form, confirmation links will be sent to your company email address and the email entered in the "Notification Email" field. You'll need to confirm both email notifications stating that you want to change your email to the entered email address.
If you already have a notification email address entered and you want to use your company email address, you can remove the email address in the Notification Email field and submit the form.
