Enabling Cookies in Your Browser

When logging into Teachworks, if you view the message "Your browser must have cookies enabled in order to log in." or no message is displayed and you aren't logged in after submitting the form, it most likely means that your browser is not accepting cookies from Teachworks.

Cookies are used to store information about your session on Teachworks and allow you to stay logged into your account.  You can enable cookies in your browser's settings.

If you use Internet Explorer, you can adjust your Privacy settings so that your browser will allow cookies by following the steps below:

1. Click on "Internet Options" (under Tools).
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
3. Adjust the privacy level to no higher than "Medium".
4. Apply the changes.
5. Close and then restart your browser.
