If you would like to send lesson reminders manually, you can follow these steps:
Enabling Manual Reminders
1. In your admin account, go to the Account Settings page and scroll down to the Calendar Settings section.
2. Set the Manual Reminders setting to "On".
3. Save the changes.
Requirements for Sending Manual Reminders
In order to send manual lesson reminders to your clients, you'll need to ensure that the following requirements are met:
1. The client has a valid email address added to the "Email" field on their profile
2. Manual Lesson reminders are only sent to user profiles whose status are currently set to "Active" or "Prospective".
Sending Manual Reminders
1. Click on a future lesson on the calendar with a status of "Scheduled".
2. In the pop-up, click the "Remind" link at the bottom.
3. Choose which recipients that you want to send reminders to. The options are families, students, and teacher.
4. Submit the form.
NOTE: If you disable the "Enable Lesson Reminder" setting in a user profile, this will prevent automatic lesson reminders from being sent to that user. You can still send them a manual lesson reminder by following the steps above.
