If you would like teachers to follow a specific format when entering internal or shared notes for lessons, you can set default content for each of these fields by following these steps:
1. Log into your admin account.
2. Go to the Account Settings page.
3. Scroll down to the Calendar & Event Settings section.
4. Find the "Internal Notes Template" and "Shared Notes Template" fields and enter your content. When entering notes its best to complete all spacing and line breaks before applying formatting such as bold or underline, so that the formatting won't be applied to the text entered by the teacher when completing a lesson.
5. Submit the form.
