To unsubscribe and close your teachworks account, you'll need to complete these steps:
1. Log into your admin account.
2. Go to the Account & Settings tab and click on the Subscription option.
3. In the sidebar, click the "Delete Account" option.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
You should download your records before you close your account so that you have records of your data in case you need to refer to them in the future. You can download Excel files of your records by using the "Download" links that appear in the sidebar of pages that display lists of records.
Master Accounts Note:
If you've set up a master account to manage company accounts, you will need to first log into your master account and from there switch to the company account to close your account. Here are the exact steps that you'll need to follow:
Step 1: Login to your master account
If you're not sure where to access your master account, login to your branch account and go to Account & Settings > Account Settings. The URL for your master account is listed in the sidebar on this page.
Step 2: Locate the relevant branch from the "Branch Accounts" list
Step 3: Click the "Switch" icon to switch to the relevant branch
Step 4: Go to Account & Settings > Subscription
Step 5: Click the "Delete Account" link in the sidebar
Step 6: Follow the prompts and delete your account
