With the Stripe Integration enabled, the Enrollment Forms Add-on allows you to add credit card fields to the enrollment form to save credit card details for new clients.
To create a new enrollment form follow these instructions: Custom Forms Add-On.
NOTE: If you would like to add credit card details to existing customer profiles, you should use the Custom Form Invitation Add-on, as it will update their existing profiles. If you want to collect credit cards for new clients when they sign up, then you can just use the Custom Forms Add-on.
To add a credit card field to an existing custom form add-on:
1. Go to Account & Settings > Integrations & Add-Ons > Select the form you wish to modify > Edit.
2. Scroll down to "Form Fields" > Add Row > Select "Credit Card Fields under Stripe integration > Save
You will now be able to see the credit card fields on the form. The URL stays the same so you do not have to update the links.
Note: The family form is made up of 2 sections - one for the family's details, and one for the child student's details. The credit card fields can only be added to the family details section as this profile will be responsible for billing.
