Viewing Teacher Availability

There are two main ways that you can view or check teacher availability in Teachworks:

1. Calendar Filter
By using the "Teacher" filter in the sidebar of the calendar and going to the "Week" or "Day" view, you can see a teacher's individual calendar including their unavailable times shaded out as well as any lessons or events.

2. Teacher Calendar
By going to the Teacher Calendar under the Calendar tab and selecting the "Day" view, you will be able to view the availability and lessons for all of your teachers in one place.  This is particularly useful for finding a teacher that is available at a particular time.

Note: In family and student accounts, the first method above is available when the Lesson Requests Add-on is enabled.
