Teachworks records the timestamp when lessons are completed. A lesson is completed when the status of the lesson is changed from "Scheduled" to one of the other statuses (ie. Attended, Missed, Cancelled).
There are a few places where you can view the completed at timestamp:
Lesson History
Go to the Calendar tab and click the "Lesson History" option. Find the lesson that you want to view and click on the title to view the details. If the lesson has been completed, you will see a "Completed At" field with the timestamp in the sidebar.
Lesson History by Student
Go to the Calendar tab and click the "Lesson History by Student" option. Find the lesson that you want to view and click on the title to view the details. If the lesson has been completed you will see the timestamp towards the bottom of the pop-up.
Lesson History & Lesson History by Student Downloads
From either of the pages mentioned above, you can download the lesson records to Excel. The Completed At column in the Excel file displays the timestamp when the lessons were completed. This method is useful if you want to view multiple lessons at once.
