If you use the lesson notes email feature and students or parents regularly respond to these emails, you may find the need to direct these replies to the student's teacher to respond.
To eliminate the need for you to manually look up the teacher's email and forward the message, you can set the "Reply-to" field on lesson notes emails to include the teacher's email address so that replies from students or parents will be sent to the teacher.
To enable this feature, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Account & Settings tab in your admin account and click on "Account Settings".
2. Go to the "Notifications" section.
3. Check the box to "Reply to teacher for notes".
4. Save the form.
Now lesson notes emails will automatically add the teacher's email address to the "Reply-to" field for lesson notes emails.
