You can change the profile status for multiple students, families or employees at the same time by following the steps below:
Family & Students
- Click on "Students" and then click on "Students" or "Families".
- Using the checkboxes on the left-hand side, check the boxes of the profiles you want to change the status for.
- If you would like to select all records on the page, simply check the box at the top of the checkbox column.
- Select the "Status" that you want to set for the existing records.
- Click the "Go" button to save the changes.
NOTE: Changing a family status from "Active" to "Inactive" will change the status of child students in the family to "Inactive" also. When a family is "Inactive", changing the status of a child student in that family to "Active" will make the family profile "Active".
Employees
- Click on "Employees" and then click on "Employee List".
- Using the checkboxes on the left-hand side, check the boxes of the profiles you want to change the status for.
- If you would like to select all records on the page, simply check the box at the top of the checkbox column.
- Select the "Status" that you want to set for the existing records.
- Click the "Go" button to save the changes.
NOTE: Profiles created through the Website Booking Plugin have a "Pending" status and need to be merged or activated from the bookings page. Pending profiles cannot be updated using this method until they've been merged or activated. This article contains more information: Activating or Merging Pending Client Profiles.
