In the Notification Logs table you can view system notifications that have been sent from your account. Notification logs are saved for the past 6 months.
You can view the Notification Logs by following the steps below:
- Click on "Account & Settings".
- Click on "Notification Logs".
Delivery Statuses
The status column indicates the delivery status of a notification. These are the following statuses that can be seen:
Sent
The message has been sent to the recipient's email address, but neither a success or error response has been returned.
Delivered
A successful delivery response has been returned by the recipient's email server.
Dropped
The email could not be delivered. This could be due to an error in the email address, an invalid email address, a permanent error returned by the server, or the recipient has previously marked a notification as spam. To view more details, hover your cursor over the status.
If the recipient's email server has previously returned a permanent error, further notifications will not be sent to that email address. If the error has been corrected you can request to allow future notifications to be sent to the address; however, if an error is returned by the recipient's email server again then further emails will ot be sent to that email address.
