During the trial period, you may create test user profiles, add test lessons and invoices to figure out how the Teachworks features work. If you wish to delete this information after your trial period is done you will need to follow the steps below:
- Delete all invoices and payments associated with your customer profiles. You can find the steps for deleting invoices and payments in the articles below.
- Delete all lessons on the calendar associated with your student profiles. You can find the steps to delete a lesson here: Deleting Lessons. You can also delete all lessons on a single date following the steps in this article: Deleting All Lessons on a Date.
- Once this has been done, you can now delete individual and child student profiles. If you have any Family Profiles, you'll need to delete any child students associated with them first before they can be deleted. This article has more information: Deleting a Student or Family.
If you have uploaded a lot of information and it would be too time-consuming to delete manually, you can start a new account. Once the billing information has been added, you can contact us and we can make the same domain name available to use on the new account.
