Teachworks has a different data architecture than TutorPanel, so it isn't possible to simply transfer records from TutorPanel to Teachworks. However, we have a lot of tools that make it more efficient to import records when setting up your Teachworks account.
Importing Employees and Students
If you need to upload a large number of employees and/or students, you can use the import feature. This allows you to enter the information for each employee or student in an Excel template and then upload the template to create records. Adding Services
You can add multiple services efficiently in succession by clicking the "Save & Add Another" button on the Add Service form. This will save the record and open the form again for adding another service.
If you have a lot of services you can also import them using an Excel template from your administrator account by going to the URL https://YOUR-SUBDOMAIN.teachworks.com/services/import (replace YOUR-SUBDOMAIN with the subdomain for your Teachworks account).
Adding Locations
You can add multiple locations in succession by clicking the "Save & Add Another" button on the Add Location form. This will save the record and open the form again for adding another location.
Importing Custom Field Values
If you have created custom profile fields you can import values for these fields using the Import Custom Profile Field Values add-on.
Adding Multiple Subjects
You can now add multiple subjects at once by using a comma-separated list. Please refer to the following article for more details and step-by-step instructions: Managing Subjects.
