In order to comply with PCI Compliance rules, there isn't an option that supports updating the expiration dates on credit cards directly through Teachworks.
If you would like to update the expiration date on a client's credit card, you can use one of the two methods below:
Method 1 - Adding a New Credit Card
The first method is to remove the original credit card from the client's profile and then add a new credit card with the updated expiration date.
You can find multiple methods for adding a credit card to a client's profile in Teachworks in this article: Adding Credit Card Details to Client Profiles.
Method 2 - Update the Expiration Date in Stripe
Another method you can use to update the expiration dates instead of adding a new credit card with an updated expiration date is to can log into your Stripe account and update the expiration date on the client's credit card.
