Student Auto Inactive Add-on

This feature is currently limited access and will be made available for companies that request it for their accounts. If you would like to use this feature, please send an email to [e-mail].

The Student Auto Inactive Add-on allows you to automatically set student and family profile statuses to "Inactive" if a student does not have any future lessons after a specified date.

Enabling the Add-on

1. Click on "Account & Settings" and then click on "Integrations & Add-ons".
2. Use the "Search" field on the right-hand side and enter "Student Auto Inactive".
3. Click on "Enable" under the add-on's section.

Settings

Once the add-on has been enabled, you can click on the "Manage" option to customize the following settings:

• Days Inactive - If a student doesn't have a lesson within the past number of days specified in this setting and no future lessons in 1 year, their profile will be set to "Inactive" automatically.

Student Profiles

• Disable User Account - Enable this setting if your students have their own user accounts and you'd like to disable it when their profiles are made "Inactive".

Family Profiles

• Make Inactive - Enable this setting to automatically set a Family profile to "Inactive" if there are no "Active" students in the family.
• Disable User Account - Enable this setting if your families have their own user accounts and you'd like to disable it when their profiles are made "Inactive".

Usage

The workflow of the Student Auto Inactive Add-on can be found below:

1. The software will check to see if there are any students that have not had a lesson within the specified amount of days and no future lessons in the next year.
2. If there are any students that are found that match this criteria, their profile status will be set to "Inactive" automatically and if you've enabled the "Disable User Account" setting, their user account will be disabled if they have one.
3. If you have enabled the "Make Inactive" setting under the "Family Profiles" section, the software will check Family profiles to see if there are any "Active" students in the family. If there are none, the family profile will be set to "inactive".

NOTE: The Student Auto Inactive Add-on will set all of the students' profiles to "Inactive" that meets the criteria you've specified once per week.
