The Uninvoiced Nonpackage Lesson report is for companies that bill their clients using the package billing method. It allows you to view lessons that have not been invoiced and do not have a matching package balance. You can access this report by clicking on the "Uninvoiced-Nonpackage Lessons" link in the sidebar on the Package Balances table.
Columns on the Report
The Uninvoiced Nonpackage Lesson report contains the following columns:
- Date - This column displays the date of the lesson.
- Start Time - This column displays the start time of the lesson.
- Lesson Name - This columns displays the title of the lesson.
- Customer Name - This columns displays the name of the customer (family or independent student's name).
- Student Name - This column displays the name of the student that is in the lesson.
- Service - This columns displays the service of the lesson.
- Cost - This column displays the cost of the lesson.
- Status - This column displays the status of the lesson.
Report Filters
The following filters can be applied to the Uninvoiced Nonpackage Lesson report:
- Start and End Dates - Lessons that are on or within the selected date range will be displayed when using these filters.
- Status - This filter allows you to filter the report based on the lesson status. If you've added custom lesson statuses using the Custom Lesson Statuses Add-On, they'll be displayed when filtered by the standard Teachworks status they've been mapped onto (i.e. Attended, Cancelled, or Missed).
- Sort - This filter allows you to sort the results based on the "Date/Time", "Student" or "Status". You can also filter the results to be displayed in an ascending or descending view.
