When an Invoice Autopilot Schedule expires, no additional invoices will be generated for that schedule. To ensure no disruptions to invoicing, you may want to extend a schedule before expiry.
Extending an Invoice Autopilot Schedule
To extend a schedule, you can follow the steps below:
- Click on "Billing" and then click on "Invoice Autopilot Schedules".
- Find the relevant schedule in the list and click the “Edit Schedule Settings” icon (calendar icon).
- On the “Step 1 - Schedule Settings” page, update the “Schedule Ends” field and extend it a couple of years into the future.
- Click "Next" to navigate to step 2 and then click "Save" to update your settings.
Never-ending Invoice Autopilot Schedule
In some cases, you may want to create an invoice autopilot schedule that will last indefinitely, so you won't have to worry about extending your schedules' end date. This can be done using the "Never" option under the "Schedule Ends" setting. You can follow the steps below to enable this setting:
- Click on "Billing" and then click on "Invoice Autopilot Schedules".
- Find the relevant schedule in the list and click the “Edit Schedule Settings” icon (calendar icon).
- On the “Step 1 - Schedule Settings” page, select the "Never" option under the “Schedule Ends” field.
- Click "Next" to navigate to step 2 and then click "Save" to update your settings
